It’s gone to a good home

My club flying field was taken back by the local council a while back so I haven’t flown RC now for years. I’m now flying full-size gliders and tow planes at Camden south of Sydney which is great fun. (Now grounded because of the coronavirus!)

It was a big wrench but I finally decided to sell the half-finished Spitfire. It has gone to a friend from my former club who is a very good scale builder, so I’m sure he will finish it.

My efforts were not wasted – I enjoyed the challenge of the build and researching the Spitfire. I’ll keep this site up hoping it will supply some good guidance for other builders. All the best to other builders for a great model.
